Three Airplanes Flying Over Boston This Week
Three airplanes will be flying over Boston this week after Thanksgiving with the following banners:

Judge marshall -- do the right Thing -- resign now

marshall --  save pension of judges who voted for you

THREE SJC JUDGES SAY MARSHALL VIOLATED CONSTITUTION

Since the three planes will be flying in formation, the three banners will be read as one by people watching from the ground. The message that will get the most attention is the one about "Three SJC Judges Say Marshall Violated Constitution."
This will happen because most people do not understand that the vote for gay marriage was a 3-3 tie among the six Associate Justices, which gave Marshall the power to break the tie, thus deciding the issue by herself.
The three Justices who did not agree with Marshall, all Massachusetts liberals, were passionate that this was a decision for the Legislature to decide, not a court. They wrote that Marshall was operating a rogue court in illegally imposing her will.

Over Western Massachusetts on Thanksgiving Weekend
The three MCM planes were celebrating over Western Massachusetts on Thanksgiving weekend. On Friday, they flew over Worcester County, the home of Rep. Emile Goguen (D-Fitchburg) and on Sunday they appeared over the Springfield area, home of Judge John Greaney, Westfield, with the following banners:

GO REP GOGUEN -- FIRE JUDGE MARSHALL THIS MONTH

END GAY MARRIAGE -- FIRE JUDGE MARSHALL THIS MONTH

JUDGE GREANEY --  SAVE YOUR PENSION --  RESIGN NOW

"Putting those airplanes in the sky is the only way a citizen can get past the powerful Boston Globe/New York Times conglomerate which totally controls the media in Massachusetts," says J. Edward Pawlick, the attorney for Massachusetts Citizens for Marriage.
"The man who inherited all that power in 1997, Arthur O. Sulzberger, Jr., has stated in the New York Times many times that he is dedicated to helping gay marriage spread across the entire country. It's not easy resisting that kind of power. They paid $1.1 billion in 1993 just to buy the Globe.
"So when you see one of those pilots above, please realize that it's little guys trying to do battle with the multi-national, establishment bosses."

One of the MCM Airplanes That Counters Boston Globe

This is one of the three airplanes that tow the 100-foot banners with 10-foot letters over Boston with Harry Nikitas at the controls from Aerial Supersigns in Fitchburg. The aircraft is a 1957 L-19 Birddog built by Cessna for the U.S. Military after WWII as a spotter aircraft in Korea and Vietnam. This plane flew over enemy lines in Vietnam.

Democrats Still Committing Political Suicide; Will DiMasi Join?

The same MCM airplanes took this banner over the State House in 2004 and then over Speaker Finneran's house on the Cape, but Finneran refused to follow the Constitution and take a vote on Justice Marshall. We are told by excellent sources that the Speaker resigned a few months later because his wife was embarrassed by planes spreading the news in her Cape neighborhood. Finneran is now a lobbyist, along with former Senator Tom Birmingham.  Shannon O'Brien who lost the Gubernatorial election because she endorsed gay marriage was spotted by Greater Boston as a Consumer Reporter on Channel 56.
Even John Kerry was badly hurt and lost the election because of Judge Marshall's ruling on gay marriage, according to almost all national Democratic pundits.
Most observers believe that Sal DiMasi is making the same error. He has already violated the state Constitution by sending the Resolution to Remove Margaret Marshall to a Committee, which is not allowed under the state Constitution, written by John Adams in 1780. This would allow a small committee to make the decision instead of every Legislator.
