Whatever Happened to the Whistleblowers Who Told the World About Homosexual Sex at Fistgate? The whistleblowers who revealed what occurred at Fistgate in 2000 have not been thanked by anyone. Instead, they have been punished severely by judges under the leadership of Chief Justice Margaret Marshall - particularly by the boss of the Superior Court, Chief Justice Suzanne DelVecchio - and the battering continues to this day. One, Brian Camenker, was forced to file for bankruptcy earlier this year. The other, Scott Whiteman (who completed a six-month internship with Camenker’s organization by taping the event), was initially denied admission as a lawyer in another state this year after finishing law school. No wonder all the lawyers in Massachusetts appear like mannequins who have no soul left.
